Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 120 ml milk / milk alternative
  • 15 ml gingerbread flavoured syrup
  • 1 generous pinch gingerbread or lebkuchen spice mix
  • 40 ml espresso

Preparation

  • Pour the milk into the Automatic Milk Frother.
  • Add the flavoured syrup and the spice.
  • Prepare hot milk foam.
  • Pour the milk foam into a small latte macchiato glass (up to about a finger's width below the rim).
  • Place the glass under the coffee spout and prepare an espresso.
